VISA TO BELARUS
Qatari citizens (only those who have Qatari passports) can visit Belarus without a visa and stay there for 30 days.
There is a list of other countries whose citizens can visit Belarus without a visa. Please, visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus to check if there is your country in the list: www.mfa.gov.by
VISA REQUIREMENTS
Foreign citizens, who need a visa to Belarus, can receive it after meeting
the following requirements and presenting to the Embassy the following documents:
- an original (not a scan copy) invitation from Belarus (if tourism — from a touristic company in Belarus; if private — from your friend in Belarus who will visit an Immigration Police Office or from a Belarusian citizen in Qatar who will visit our Embassy to make an invitation; if business — from a company in Belarus; if medical treatment — from a Belarusian hospital). Belarusian citizens in Qatar has the right to aplly personally to our Embassy to fill in an invitation for a foreigner.
- back tickets from Belarus,
- a certificate from your work in Qatar,
- a bank account statement with at least 1000 dollars for each month of staying in Belarus,
- Belarus or international health insurance,
- application form, at our web-site www.qatar.mfa.gov.by
- one photo (passport size),
- passport, valid 3 months after your departure from Belarus, with at least 2 free pages,
- interview with our Consul.
As a rule, a standard visa is usually issued during 3-5 working days. It's fee is 60 EURO, which is around 250 QR. We take fees ONLY in cash, Qatari Riyals, without change and provide a bill.
An urgent visa fee is 120 EURO, which is about 500 QR in cash. It is usually issued during 2 days.
We may require additional documents to approve your visa to Belarus. The Embassy has an authority not to not approve a visa request and not to clarify its decision or reasons.
